When you as a customer have problems with hardware or software on our products, you can easily create a support case (A ticket) here. Fill in the form and our service technicians will start working to help you. We usually respond to your ticket within 24 hours and handle/return the product within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Instructions on how to return a product to us:
- Preferably in the original cardboard box, if not, then the corresponding cardboard box to protect the unit from external damage.
- Consignment note/delivery note with clear information on the company name/department that was the buyer of the system.
- The sender pays for shipping to us and we pay for shipping back after handling.
